		As with all of our academic programs, the Kindergarten experience at SPCS provides children with a rich education centered on Christ. Students gain a head start in early learning with our academically stimulating curriculum taught by gifted and dedicated teachers. By maintaining a nurturing and positive environment, SPCS teachers provide kindergarten students with an exceptional education that is coupled with love and encouragement.

The SPCS kindergarten program incorporates challenging math, reading, phonics, language arts, science, social studies, creative arts, Spanish language, computer skills and physical education activities. Prayer, Bible stories and verse memorization are also an integral part of the program. All are guided by the teacher’s observations of the children to tailor the program to meet individual needs. Frequent field trips are also included to enhance the academic program. Students have recess twice daily as well.

At SPCS, we believe that the key to an excellent education lies in building a strong foundation for academic and spiritual growth. Our Kindergarten program is designed to do just that—all while providing a fun and nurturing learning environment.
