St. Petersburg Christian School is dedicated to providing an efficient, secure, and Christ-centered computing environment that encourages interactive and life long learning. Technology is a vital component of the curriculum at the St. Petersburg Christian School. We have a state-of-the-art computer laboratory which includes keyboarding classes, Internet access (with filtering against inappropriate material), word processing and presentation software for the students to use in their classroomprojects. In addition to access to the computer lab, there are networked computers in all of the kindergarten and elementary classrooms, as well.

Instructional Focus on Technology
Teacher-made PowerPoint slide shows are used within the classrooms at all grade levels and on teacher posted web pages to help children master strategic skills. SmartBoards, LCD and Elmo Projectors are also used to deliver interactive presentations to students in the classroom to enhance instruction.
The internet and streaming video are available in every classroom and used to bring historic events, scientific studies or current events from around the world to eager learners.
Communication Through Technology
Knowing the value of communication and of parent partnership, St. Petersburg Christian School has invested in the RenWeb School Management system, an avenue by which parents may have access to their child's class assignments and grades in any subject, at any time. This service is accessible through the SPCS website, with security insured for every child through the use a private access code that is given to each parent and student who signs up for access to the system.
