STUDENT OPPORTUNTIES

St. Petersburg Christian is committed to being a lighthouse in our community and encourages students to get involved and make a difference.  Through numerous on-campus organizations, off-campus events, and other charity involvement, students are given opportunities to share His love and impact the lives of others.

National Junior Honor Society

The Sword and Spirit Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society at St. Petersburg Christian School exists to further the vision of the school by being a lighthouse to the city of St. Petersburg and beyond.  They accomplish this vision by serving in our community through various outreaches and partnering with area organizations. The members of NJHS strive to exemplify the qualities of Citizenship, Leadership, Scholarship, Character & Service. Students are eligible if they have a 3.4 cumulative GPA as of the Spring of their 7th grade year. Further details as to eligibility and membership acceptance, will be given in detail to potential members. Any questions regarding NJHS may be directed to Mrs. Amy Kraus.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is an international non-profit Christian sports ministry that welcomed a chapter at SPCS in 2015.  FCA's mission is to present to athletes and coaches, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.  All Upper Division students are encouraged to attend weekly FCA huddles in the gym.

The SPCS Campus Ministry that is initiated and led by student-athletes focuses on equipping, enabling, empowering and encouraging student-athletes, coaches and adult leaders to impact and influence their campus for Christ.  Any questions regarding FCA may be directed to Amy Mullins.
