CLASS OF 2007
JESSICA TELEGDY  SPCS was a school I loved. My favorite thing about middle school was spiritual emphasis week. That is where my life for Christ really took off! I remember being on the Lady Saints Basketball team the last three years before graduation. It was so much fun! I was in the LRC program and all the teachers throughout the school (especially Mrs. Hull) took really great care of me and were always willing to help me with my work. After graduating from SPCS with Honor Roll and Dean's list I moved onto high school and graduated with honors in 2011. Once I graduated from high school I went to Pinellas Technical Education Center for college in St. Pete to receive my Certified Nursing Assistant license. Once I received my CNA I applied at All Children's Hospital working as a Patient Care Technician in the Cardio Vascular Intensive Care Unit. This is where we help recover patients once receiving major heart surgeries. I am writing this because recently  I was walking into work and saw little colored cards on a few of the desks. I looked at one of them and it gave the verse Isaiah 40:31 "but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." And as I read further down I saw it was from SPCS and I was so excited I told the people around me "this is my middle school!" As I read that verse it reminded me of my mother because that is her favorite verse. She is getting major surgery again on her shoulder very soon and without even specifically trying you all reached out me. I am a fellow Christian and I wanted to pass on the encouraging message to younger believers to keep doing what you are doing. We never know who we touch or whose life's we can affect (and with something so simple!). That's why we should always show the love of Christ and always be there for others. I thought that was such a cool thing that you all did, so keep up the good work! Keep shining the light of Christ throughout this world! Matthew 5:14-16 You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

CLASS OF 1978
ROBBIE BIAS My years at SPCS fostered many great memories. What a blessing it was to attend a Christian school in the turbulent times of the 1970s. I am the music minister and assistant to the pastor at Northside Pentecostal Church in Fairfield, IL. It has truly been a long time coming but God has placed me at the right place at the right time. It could have been a lot sooner had I been more obedient to His word. I was much too interested in having a good time when I was young. To all current students, please make the most of your Christian walk while you are young. These are the best years of your life, give them to Jesus Christ. You will never regret it.
