Morning care - SPCS offers Before Care in the main cafeteria beginning at 7:00am.  The cost for Before Care is $4.85 per morning; however, if enrolled in Aftercare, the student may attend Before Care for free.   Students arriving after 7:45 are not charged for Before Care.  Before Care does not require pre-registration; families may use it as needed.

Afternoon care

• Aftercare is offered for all students in grades Kindergarten through 8th Grade.

• Aftercare requires a minimum of a one-month commitment to register. We do not offer daily or weekly registration packages. Your child will remain enrolled in the program unless you choose to cancel at any point throughout the school year.

• Enrollment/Cancellation Procedures:  Families can enroll in Aftercare at any time, as long as the one-month minimum is understood.  Families can cancel Aftercare with a two-week written notice, which can be emailed to Jill Fields at fieldsj@stpetechristian.org.

• Aftercare Pricing:  The cost for Aftercare is $80 per week, regardless of a 4 or 5 day week.  Household siblings may take advantage of the sibling rate of $45 per week.   These fees are all-inclusive; there are no registration fees, extra charges for early-release days, or added fees for special activities.  Note that fees are not charged for school breaks (ie, Christmas).  Further, should a school closure occur, fees paid for closed days will be credited on the following payment cycle.

• Payment Options:  Families can choose to pay weekly or monthly. Weekly payments will be scheduled for each Monday. Monthly payments will be scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Note the monthly payment schedule:

• Aftercare Hours:  Aftercare is available immediately after school until 6:00 pm.  A late fee applies for children picked up after 6:00 p.m.
