PARENTS - GET INVOLVED!
St. Petersburg Christian School offers a variety of ways for parents, grandparents and other loved ones to get involved in their student's education. From helping in the individual classrooms and other areas of the school, to assisting with seasonal school events, there is sure to be a way that you can help.
St . Petersburg Christian Volunteers are vital to the success of the school. Not only do they provide support for the teachers and staff at the school, but they also foster the children with the essence of what is gained when time is given to a cause. We hope that you will have the opportunity to realize the effect that giving from your heart can do.
All St. Petersburg Christian School volunteers must be Level II background approved. If you plan on volunteering on campus or attending a field trip, please print out the information from the link to the right to complete the screening. Screenings are valid for 5 years and cost $58.

Parent Teacher Fellowship
The Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) is a vital and supportive arm to St. Petersburg Christian School.
Their mission begins at the beginning of each school year by sponsoring three major kickoff events. The Back-to-School Barbeque, Student Orientation, and Parent Night events provide the opportunity for parents, students, and staff to get to know each other and fellowship in a fun and positive environment.
Throughout the year, the PTF raises funds to provide equipment and materials to enhance the experience of students, teachers, and staff while at St. Petersburg Christian School .
A PTF meeting is held on the second Tuesday of September, October, November, February, March and April at 6:30 in the Main Cafeteria. There is no cost to join! To get involved in PTF leadership, please contact Mrs. Sandy Hannon.
The Athletic Booster Club is comprised of dedicated parents, coaches, and school administrators. Their goals are to improve the athletic facilities at SPCS, support and recognize the efforts of our athletes, provide additional opportunities for our athletes, and assist in building team and school spirit and pride.
The Booster Club supports ALL athletes by providing new uniforms on a rotating basis, providing concession stand staff at all home gym games, hosting a junior varsity celebration, and a varsity sports banquet to recognize athletes with varsity letters, sports pins, and awards.

The Fundraising Committee at St. Petersburg Christian School devotes their time to planning, organizing, and presenting two annual events - the Family Auction in the Fall and the Saints Classic Golf Tournament in the Spring.
These events take months of planning and the more volunteers we have the more responsibility can be shared. There is something for everyone. From soliciting donations for those with outgoing personalities, to preparing items for auction for those with creative hands, to data entry for those with technical skills, and providing moral support, for those with a sense of humor, we invite you to join us!

School Advisory Team
Our School Advisory Team consists of teachers, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders nominated by teachers and staff. Members may serve a term of 2 years and attend monthly meetings. The Team reviews the School Improvement Plan, School Performance Data, Surveys, and other data and makes recommendations for improvement. They also help plan and facilitate events/activities to engage school families as well as develop surveys to stakeholders. For information on our School Advisory Team please contant Kathy Spangler.
